Dustin Small

Dustin Small has over 18 years of professional experience in sales and business development. Dustin began their career in 2002 as a Sales Consultant at Sprint Nextel, where they sold GPS and other wireless communications to enhance a company's planning and billing needs. In 2004, they moved to Paychex as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing and coaching reps in the Cleveland/Akron area. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Sales at Paytime, where they were responsible for the payroll services staff and payroll software. In 2017, they joined Paylocity as a Regional Sales Manager for Emerging Markets and a Director of Small Business Sales. In 2019, they moved to DefenseStorm as a Senior Sales Executive. In 2020, they joined Proficio as a Senior Security Consultant, providing 24/7 security monitoring and managed detection and response services. Currently, they are a Sales Director at Coro.
