Tabitha Wand

Tabitha Wand has a decade of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. In 2014, they began their career as a Corporate Recruiter for Crescent Electric Supply Company, where they managed the recruitment process for over 80 branches across 13 states. In 2017, they transitioned to Express Employment Professionals as a Professional Recruiter, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment and business development. In 2019, they moved to Medical Associates Clinic & Health Plans as a Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist. In 2021, they became the Head of People & Culture at goPure Brands, where they created a data-driven people operations function from the ground up. In 2022, they took on two roles: Recruiter at Coro and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lucas James Talent Partners. At Coro, Tabitha is responsible for an all-in-one cyber security solution. At Lucas James Talent Partners, they have had the opportunity to partner with clients in startup or hypergrowth mode.

Tabitha Wand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Dubuque, with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Marketing. Tabitha also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Northeast Iowa Community College-Peosta, with a major in Business Administration.
