Tom Paschall

Tom Paschall is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Checkmate Capital since 2017, Tom also holds the position of Managing Director and Partner at Coronal Energy, powered by Panasonic, since 2013. Prior to these roles, Tom was a Senior Attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from 2000 to 2013 and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tropical Energy LLC from 1996 to 1998. Tom earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from USC Gould School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
