Bruce Spencer

Bruce Spencer has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Bruce began their career as a Commercial Loan Officer in the banking industry in 1987. From 1997 to 2002, they worked at Guam Industrial Services, Inc./Guam Shipyard, where they held the positions of Director, General Manager, and Director of Finance. In 2002, they joined Bayview Financial, L.P. as the VP of Commercial Lending, and later moved to Silver Hill Financial, a subsidiary of Bayview Financial, where they held the position of VP of Correspondent Lending/Sales from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Guam Industrial Services, Inc./Guam Shipyard. Bruce is currently working as the VP of North America Sales at Corpac Steel Products Corporation since 2011.

Bruce Spencer attended Moravian University from 1983 to 1987. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
