Azba Habib is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Corpay since July 2020, Azba has previously held key positions at notable companies including Kabbage, Inc. as Assistant General Counsel and BSA/AML Officer, and BitPay, Inc. as Regulatory Counsel. Azba's background also includes roles such as Deputy General Counsel at Kraken Bitcoin Exchange and Associate Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Azba began a legal career at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, specializing in regulatory compliance, and previously gained experience as a Legal Assistant and Finance Intern.
