Brie Buchanan currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Corpay since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brie held the position of VP & Chief Legal Officer at Calloquy, PBC from January 2023 to September 2023, and was VP & General Counsel at Relay Payments from October 2021 to November 2022. Brie’s experience also includes serving as Associate General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Neenah from March 2016 to September 2021. Additionally, Brie was a Member of the Board of Trustees at Harpeth Hall School from August 2015 to August 2021, and worked as an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, as well as a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird LLP. Brie obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
