Diego Cepeda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Corpay since January 2022, Diego manages the full recruiting cycle, oversees the performance management process, and aligns HR practices with business goals while maintaining employee relations and developing engagement programs. Previously, Diego held positions as an HR Assistant at Covenant House Vancouver, HR Administrator at On Side Restoration, and Personnel Representative at Plastic Omnium, gaining a solid foundation in onboarding, employee documentation, and recruitment.
