Frank Taylor

Frank Taylor, CISSP, serves as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at Corpay since June 2019, focused on fostering partnerships across global departments. Taylor has also held positions as an Adjunct Instructor at Portland Community College since January 2013, teaching courses in Information Systems Security and related fields. Previously, Taylor was the Director of IT and Corporate Security at Pacific Star Communications, Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining Department of Defense compliance and acting as Facilities Security Officer. Additional experience includes leadership roles as President of Clear Voice Telecom and as a Network/Systems Engineer at Preco Electronics. Taylor's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix, along with an AAS from Portland Community College.
