James Thickett is a UX Solutions Architect and UX Design Lead with extensive experience in creating user-centered systems that bridge design, technology, and business. They began their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at the heatxchange, focusing on marketing materials, before advancing to roles such as Web Designer at Newd and Senior User Interface Designer at Shanghai Appmaker. As the founder of Yo Kawaii Limited, James has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while also leading UX efforts at Corpay. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Central Lancashire and further studies in Business and Fine Art, James is dedicated to making complex organizations more user-friendly.
