John Hersum

John Hersum, JD, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Corpay, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions at Fiserv from January 2017 to January 2023, including Vice President of Client Excellence and Director of Client Experience. Previously, John worked at HP from January 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included WW Trade Compliance Manager and Finance Lead for Global e-Commerce. John's career began at The Phone Works, Inc., where roles included VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development and General Counsel. John holds an MBA in International Business from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, a JD from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, and a BA in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Denver. Additionally, John studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
