Michel C. Pierre

Michel C. Pierre is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and transformation. Currently serving as the Global Sr. Director of IT Portfolio Management and Transformation at Corpay since July 2015, Michel has played a pivotal role in implementing Agile delivery methods for cloud transformation initiatives, managing a budget of $40 million and leading a team of 80. Prior roles include serving as the Sr. HRIS Manager at WIKA Group, where Michel implemented the Cornerstone Learning Management System in North America, and as a Senior IT Process Lead at AT&T, where a ranking system for call center tools was developed. Additional experience includes overseeing health information management operations at Health Business Solutions and managing IT project deliveries at Assurant. Michel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Florida Memorial University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering from ATI Technical Training Center.
