Scott Moody

Scott Moody is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment, primarily within technology and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Talent Acquisition at Corpay since January 2024, Scott previously held the position of Senior Manager for Technology Talent Acquisition at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group from January 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on professional-level technology recruitment and collaborating with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies. Prior to this, at NCR Corporation from March 2010 to December 2021, Scott led various talent acquisition teams, overseeing recruitment efforts across the Americas and globally for sales and product management positions, as well as handling recruitment during significant integrations such as Jetpay. Scott began the career in recruitment at TMP Worldwide and has held positions at Spherion and DHL, focusing on skills and strategies for sourcing talent in various markets. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Le Moyne College.
