Thara Bacchus

Thara Bacchus is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Strategic Partner at Corpay since January 2020, Thara has effectively managed talent acquisition processes, employee relations, and benefits administration. Previous positions include Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist at Sigma Systems and Human Resources Advisor at Nascent, where Thara successfully led HRIS and payroll system implementations and contributed to strategic initiatives for employee development. Thara began the HR career as an HR Recruitment Coordinator at Free The Children and has demonstrated expertise in recruitment and candidate management since the early stages of professional development at Bell Canada and the Ministry of Labour in Ontario. Thara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
