Corporate Consciousness helps companies achieve higher levels of emotional intelligence and create collaborative, effective work environments by offering models that improve internal communications and reinvigorate company culture. Our clients are innovative and creative companies who rely on highly effective teams for their success, and have a strong desire to stay ahead of the competitive or collaborative curve.

We support employees with tools and training that help them to increase their understanding and acceptance of themselves. With that awareness, they are able to better mange themselves and their relationships on a moment-by-moment basis. We use the Enneagram, a personality typing system, as the foundational tool for our work. Learning your Enneagram Type launches you on a journey of self-discovery.

The Enneagram is a useful tool for:

Discovering individual strengths, challenges and motivations
Determining personal habituated patterns of relating to others
Gaining a better understanding of differing styles of communicating

With this knowledge, one can observe the core triggers that influence our ability to successfully respond to any given situation and avoid self-defeating reactivity. The system strengthens your ability to look within and perceive the mind and emotions, to reflect on that experience with curiosity and respect rather than fear and avoidance. This capacity is essential to our well-being.

Corporate Consciousness has revolutionized the way employees are viewed and how they plan for the future. Bold companies understand the importance of an innovative approach to the management of their most powerful resource, their employees. Corporate Consciousness has the power to strongly leverage talent, for a greater return on investment through enhanced communication and productivity, resulting in increased profitability.
