Danielle Sime started their work experience in 2008 as a Pastry Chef at Three Sons Signature Cuisine. Danielle worked there until 2012. In 2013, they joined Hyatt Regency Minneapolis as a Pastry Cook and remained in that role until 2018. Danielle then joined Corporate Technologies LLC in 2018 as a Client Support Specialist.

Danielle Sime attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Patisserie and Baking.
