Rick Cunningham

Rick Cunningham has extensive experience in operations and management across various industries, including renewable energy and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Tactical Trainer I at Corps Solutions since April 2025, Rick provides essential logistics and technical support for training events. Previous roles include Director of Facilities, Senior Transition Manager, and Director of Operations at Shoals Technologies Group from November 2021 to April 2025, and Director of Operations at ConnectPV from June 2019 to November 2021, where Rick contributed to innovative solar energy solutions. Earlier in the career, Rick held significant positions at Envision Solar, The Angel's Depot, and CareFusion, and demonstrated leadership in the Marine Corps as Sergeant Major in various units from 2004 to 2012. Rick holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
