Emily Dowd

Emily Dowd has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and e-commerce industry. Emily began their career in 2004 as an Office Administrative Assistant at Marin Neuropsychology Center and later worked as a Gallery Assistant at Edgar Angelone Photography. In 2011, they joined ZooShoo as a Customer Relations Representative and eventually became the Manager of Customer Relations, where they trained employees and monitored department performance.

In 2014, Emily transitioned to Solid Commerce as a Technical Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they onboarded and trained clients, resolved integration discrepancies, and developed implementation roadmaps. Emily then joined XCentium in 2015 as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, where they conducted quality assurance testing and managed bug fixes and enhancements.

Emily joined Corra in 2016 and held various positions, including Senior Solutions Strategist and Director of Solutions Strategy. In these roles, they collaborated with stakeholders, designed and implemented solutions, and ensured project goals were communicated and understood. Since 2018, they have served as the Senior Director of Solutions Strategy at Corra, pioneering the first mid-level management role. Emily leads and develops a functional team, accountable for meeting key performance metrics and conducting performance evaluations.

Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, making their a valuable asset in the technology and e-commerce industry.

Emily Dowd obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of California, Riverside from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Córdoba. Emily Dowd has additional certifications including Adobe Subject Matter Expert - Magento Commerce Business Practitioner from Adobe in September 2020, Managers Leadership Training from Dale Carnegie Training in March 2019, and Adobe Certified Expert-Magento Commerce Business Practitioner from Adobe in November 2018. Emily is also a member of the Magento 2 Advisory Board. Emily Dowd is a Magento 2 Certified Solution Specialist and an inRiver Certified Business Consultant.
