Monte Dalton's work experience begins in 2002 as a Senior Account Executive at Wavelink. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Outstart. In 2005, they became the Director of Sales, Central Region at Idiom Technologies until 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Regional Manager, Americas at deCarta.
