Culture Ambassador at Correct Craft

Paul Singer serves as a Culture Ambassador at Correct Craft since January 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Past President at Centurion & Supreme Boats from January 2016 to January 2023 and retired from leadership at that company. Between December 2011 and December 2015, Paul was the Director of Marketing and Development at Syntec Industries. Earlier in their career, Paul was Vice President of Malibu Boats from February 1991 to May 2011, where sales revenue increased from $18 million in 1993 to over $160 million in 2007, securing the company’s place as the market share leader by 2002. Paul also held the role of Regional Sales Manager for Malibu Boats, overseeing the sales and marketing for 15 dealerships in the Western region. Paul holds an AAS in Electronics Engineering and completed coursework in Technical Management at the University of Maryland and the Community College of the Air Force, as well as attended Syracuse University from 1984 to 1985.
