Shane Stanfill

Shane Stanfill has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 with Brunswick Corporation, where they held various roles including Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Technology, Plant Manager and Project Lead, Director of International Operations, and Vice President & General Manager. Shane then moved on to Owens & Minor in 2015, where they served as General Manager and Regional Director. In 2017, Stanfill joined Malibu Boats and took on roles such as Director of New Business Integrations, Vice President of Operations for Cobalt, and eventually became President of Cobalt. In 2021, they joined Watershed Innovation as Vice President of Business Development before becoming the President of Starflite Technology Group at Correct Craft in 2022.

Shane Stanfill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in "Creating a Culture of Change" from LinkedIn.
