Padmini Duvvuri

Padmini Duvvuri is a Change Leader and Technology Strategy Manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. They served as Development Manager at RWE npower and previously held roles including Development Coordinator and Business Expert at npower. As a Platform Architect at Xoserve, Padmini led the inception of the Move to Cloud programme and played a key role in significant industry-wide changes. Currently pursuing an M.B.A. at the University of Staffordshire, they continue to influence technology strategy and delivery within their current role at Correla.
