Roger Baum

Roger Baum has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roger currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Operations at Correlate, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Partner at Paradevo Solutions, LLC and Sustainable Infrastructure Partners, starting from January 2023. From March 2019 to December 2022, Roger was a Board Member at The Performance Based Building Coalition. Roger spent a significant portion of their career at CORE, where they held the position of Senior Vice President, Development from April 2004 to December 2022.

Roger Baum obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Roger also holds additional certifications in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) from Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) in 2010, OSHA 30-Hour OTP Certification from ClickSafety in 2009, LEED Accredited Professional from U.S. Green Building Council in 2007, and ACE Certification in Project Management from Arizona State University in 2006.
