Rasheed Sabar

Rasheed Sabar is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Correlation One. Prior to this, they were the Head of Quantitative Strategies and Managing Director at Ellington Management Group from 2011 to 2018, where they were responsible for building the global quantitative trading business in multiple asset classes.

Sabar started their career at Ellington Management Group as a Quant Infrastructure and Research in 2005 and was promoted to Quant Portfolio Manager in 2007 and Head of Quantitative Strategies & Managing Director in 2011.

Under their leadership, the quantitative trading business grew to become one of the largest in the world with a team of researchers, PMs, & technologists spanning multiple asset classes.

Rasheed Sabar attended Harvard University.
