Sham M. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Correlation One, a role held since 2015. Correlation One helps enterprises and governments build AI, data, cloud, and cybersecurity talent at scale, designing employer-embedded training and connecting graduates to real jobs through a curated talent marketplace. Prior to Correlation One, they served as Director of Operations at NYCEEC (2014–2015) and as Director of Operations and Programs at TruFund Financial Services (2011–2014), and held roles including Director at NYC Business Solutions (2006–2011) and Litigation Associate at Edge Legal (2000–2004), plus Co-President, Board of Directors at Microfinance Club of New York (2008–2014). They earned an MBA from Columbia Business School (2012–2014), an MPA from Columbia SIPA (2004–2006), and a BA and LLB from the University of Madras (1995–2000).
