Sam Pearson

Sam Pearson is the Managing Partner at Carta Advisory, where they provide management consulting to clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions or corporate restructuring. They founded Cap Investor Management, a digital capital market platform connecting African issuers with private market investors globally. Sam has extensive experience in the consumer sector, having worked with companies like AB InBev and Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, as well as in the technology sector with Dimension Data and the NTT group. Additionally, Sam has structured and executed various Black Economic Empowerment transactions in South Africa. They hold a Master of Philosophy in Financial Research from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town.
