Anu Pathria

Anu Pathria is a partner at Correlation Ventures, where they specialize in analytics. Anu has over ten years of experience in the field, having worked at Info Edge India Ltd and Fair Isaac.

At Info Edge, Anu played a key role in setting up the central analytics team from scratch. Anu led analytics and modeling projects for various portals, including naukri.com, jeevansathi.com, 99acres.com, naukrigulf.com, and shiksha.com. Anu also built models for important business problems such as semantic matching of a job with a CV (text analytics), prioritizing tele-sales, optimizing online marketing campaigns, lead consumption, search suggestions, and recommendations based on online behavior. In addition, they were responsible for analytics-based features such as iMatch, Job Speak, and PayCheck.

Before joining Info Edge, Anu worked at Fair Isaac as an analytic science scientist. In this role, they developed predictive models used in credit risk management.

Anu Pathria graduated with a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Anu then completed certification courses in Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
