Pete Edwards

Pete Edwards is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and compliance for both individuals and companies. As a Partner at Corrigan since January 2019 and at Corrigan Associates since May 2009, Pete has specialized in areas such as Research and Development tax relief claims, tax-effective share option schemes, share buyback and exit planning, and remuneration planning. Prior roles include Associate and Tax Manager at Corrigan Associates, where similar areas of expertise were developed. Additionally, experience at Baker Tilly from September 2006 to April 2009 focused on corporate tax for small and medium-sized enterprises and large companies, covering general compliance, due diligence, and other aspects of corporate taxation. Pete holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and History from Bristol Grammar School.
