Tim Bernardez

Tim Bernardez has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications industry.

Tim began their career in 1987 at Motorola as a Senior Technical Manager. Tim managed a team responsible for sales and service of two-way communications equipment, focusing on business to business sales, relationship management, and support. During their time at Motorola, they consolidated acquired 800 MHz systems, facilities, and equipment to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Tim also developed multiple new sales and service locations to support the analog and digital customer base.

In 1994, Tim joined NexTel Communications as an Operational Director, where they served for over a decade until 2005.

Following their tenure at NexTel, Tim joined Sprint Nextel as the Director of Service Operations in 2005. In this role, they directed revenue and expense P@L, managed reverse logistics functions, developed strategic planning initiatives, and oversaw service and repair programs and implementations. Tim held this position until 2009.

In 2009, Tim joined Corrigo, a JLL Company, as a Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. Corrigo is a leader in facilities management solutions, and Tim played a crucial role in managing the Work Order Network, providing visibility into every transaction associated with managing facilities and equipment. Tim's expertise and contributions led to their promotion as the Senior Vice President of Operations in 2012, responsible for providing real-time, cloud-based facilities and service management solutions across the multi-site facilities and service provider world. Tim also assumed the role of President in 2018.

Currently, Tim is the Head of Global Mid Market at JLL Technologies, a position they have held since 2021.

Tim Bernardez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from DeVry University. Tim also completed an Executive Leadership Program at Georgetown University, focusing on Business. Additionally, Tim has pursued a course in Finance for the Non-Financial Manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tim holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lakeland Community College. In terms of certifications, Tim obtained a certificate in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in June 2020.
