Will Thompson

Will Thompson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the Director at Arrowhead Winch since November 2024. Prior to this role, Will held director positions at various organizations, including TSC>Direct and Stillwater Insurance Group, and has been a director at WT Holdings, Inc. since March 2008. Will also serves as President of NFC Investments, LLC, a value-oriented investment manager overseeing approximately $1.7 billion in assets. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of Riverview Acquisition Corp., which merged with Westrock Coffee, and working as Vice President at NewSouth Capital Management from 2000 to 2006. Will holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, earned between 1995 and 1999.
