Corsair Ventures is a Dallas-based boutique multifamily real estate development firm. We design, build, and capitalize apartment communities across major Texas metros, with the goal of generating strong returns for our partners and building places people actually want to live.
We focus on two product types: three- and four-story garden-style apartments with surface parking, and four- and five-story wrap projects with structured parking.
Our founding team brings backgrounds in architecture, development finance, and capital markets. We underwrite conservatively, manage costs through design discipline, and take a concentrated approach. A small number of projects executed well rather than volume for its own sake.
Current projects include The Grace at Creekside (279 units, Dallas) and The Kimberly at Chisholm Trail (350 units, Fort Worth).
