André Borges is a Civil and Occupational Safety Engineer, having graduated from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in 1998. They have extensive experience in both the private sector, focusing on infrastructure and sanitation projects, and the public sector, where they have worked since 2008 at CORSAN, overseeing water and sewage works and serving as the Regional Superintendent Metropolitan from 2015 to 2021. Currently, André serves as the Director of Expansion at CORSAN and has recently held the position of Regional President at Aegea Saneamento in 2023.
