Lily Hazleton

Lily (Fisher) Hazleton is a strategic HR leader and employee experience champion currently serving as People Partnering Director at Corsearch. Previously, they held several roles at Omnipresent, including Global Senior People Partner and Global People Partnering Lead, where they developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity. With a background in supporting people strategies at Elliptic and diverse roles in sales and administration, Lily demonstrates a commitment to DEIB advocacy and scaling start-ups. They hold a Level 5 qualification from CIPD and are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at UCL.
