Jake Nelson

Jake Nelson has a diverse work experience in marketing and business development. From 2016 to the present, they have been the Director of Marketing at Corsec Security, Inc., where they oversee product marketing, corporate communications, customer engagement, and brand management. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at the same company from 2015 to 2016. Jake also has experience as an Independent Contractor, working as a Marketing Consultant in 2014. Before that, they worked at THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. from 2009 to 2013, starting as a Business Development Associate and eventually becoming the Business Development Manager & Marketing Liaison. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and overseeing marketing and business development operations. Jake also co-founded Impera Group in 2008 and served as the Marketing Lead, helping develop the business plan and marketing strategies. Jake'searlier experience includes working as a Business Development Associate at Vorsight in 2008 and as a Manager at Camp Kum-Ba-Yah from 2004 to 2005.

Jake Nelson attended James Madison University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a B.B.A. degree from the College of Business with a focus on Marketing. During the same period, they also earned a Minor in Criminal Justice from the same institution. In 2010, Jake Nelson obtained certifications in XHTML and CSS from Northern Virginia Community College.
