Shani Uol

Shani Uol is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Corsight AI since October 2022, Shani focuses on enhancing work relationships, productivity, and communication, while actively participating in management and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Shani was the Global HR & Recruiter Manager at AvaTrade from July 2019 to October 2022, overseeing the complete recruitment process and providing leadership and support to employees and managers. Shani also held the position of HR & Recruiter Manager at Albar אלבר from October 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth interviews and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Consulting and Organizational from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in January 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management from the same institution, obtained in January 2016.
