Brian Polis is a transformative leader with over twenty years of experience in operations, occupational safety, and risk management. They currently serve as the Vice President of Operations at Corstone Contractors, where they drive consistency, accountability, and high performance across project teams. Brian has held significant roles in various organizations, including President of the Board of Directors at Mauna Luan and General Manager at Lawson & Associates, Inc. They possess a strong track record of developing and implementing management systems and have actively contributed to safety research as a committee member of the Construction Safety Research Alliance. Brian's educational background includes a BA in Human Services from Western Washington University.
