Natasha Clarke

Natasha Clarke began her career in recruitment in 1994 at SThree and went on to become the founding Managing Director of Pathway in 1997. As Chief People Officer at SThree, Natasha led cultural change and strategic planning while enhancing diversity through initiatives like the 'Identity programme,' which supports women's advancement. Natasha has held several advisory roles, including non-executive director positions at Penta Consulting and Baltimore Consulting Limited, and has been an advocate for women in recruitment as a founding member and chair of Women In Recruitment. Recognized for contributions to the industry, Natasha continues to share her expertise with entrepreneurial businesses while serving on various boards and advisory committees.
