Adeline McLaughlin

Adeline McLaughlin has extensive experience in supply chain management, holding key leadership roles at leading companies. At Corteva Agriscience since June 2019, Adeline has served as Supply Chain Excellence Director, Portfolio Supply Integration Director, Global Supply Chain Director, and Biologicals Global Operations Leader. Prior to this, Adeline worked at Dow AgroSciences from October 2011 to May 2019 as Global Supply Chain Leader and Global S&OP and Demand Management Process Leader. Adeline's career also includes a position as VP Manufacturing & Operations at AgroFresh and several roles at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials, where responsibilities ranged from technology and supply chain management to implementing MRPII Class A programs. Adeline holds an MBA in International Business from Saint Joseph's University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
