Alysia Diffendal is an accomplished professional with over twenty years of production experience, primarily with Dow and Corteva Agriscience. They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering & Operations Technology, where they oversee capital planning and a team of over 200 professionals. Alysia's expertise spans global manufacturing, external relationship development, and strategic supply chain management. They are a proud working parent of two and advocate for women in the workplace, STEM education, and awareness around prematurity and autism. Alysia earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
