Ann Leonard

Ann Leonard has extensive experience in communications and operations management within the agricultural industry, primarily at Corteva Agriscience and DuPont Pioneer. Since August 2017, Ann has held several leadership roles at Corteva Agriscience, including R&D Enablement Manager and Future ERP Change Management & Communications Program Manager. At DuPont Pioneer, from 2007 to the present, Ann has served as Integrated Operations Effectiveness Lead and Communications Consultant, overseeing communication strategies for functional groups encompassing around 6,000 employees. Earlier roles at DuPont Pioneer from 2001 to 2005 included Customer and Sales Support Team Coordinator/Process Lead, where Ann managed a team supporting approximately 1,000 sales representatives and achieved various certifications in ISO processes. Ann began career as an Analyst at E-Markets after earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education/Communication from Iowa State University.
