Ben Stone

Ben Stone is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and technology, currently serving as the Global TA Technology & Analytics Lead at Corteva Agriscience since November 2017. In this role, Ben develops and implements innovative recruiting and onboarding programs while collaborating with talent leadership to analyze key metrics for current and future needs. Previously, Ben was the CEO of BizCoffer, addressing technological challenges faced by small businesses, and held positions such as Analyst at MidAmerican Energy Company and Owner of RPO Consulting, LLC. Ben has also contributed to various organizations through volunteer roles, including Technology Director for the Iowa SHRM State Council and Chair of the Diversity Committee for CISHRM. Ben holds a BS in Psychology from Drake University and has continued education at DMACC.
