Bernard Devieux is currently the Lead Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Corteva Agriscience. They previously served as Assistant Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at PMA Companies and held the role of Senior Associate at McCarter & English, LLP. Before that, they were an Associate at Flaster Greenberg PC, focusing on Business and Corporate Law and Crowdfunding. Bernard began their legal career as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP. They earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware, a JD from Villanova University School of Law, and an MBA from Villanova School of Business.
