Ericka Pickell

Ericka Pickell currently serves as the Vendor Performance Manager at Corteva Agriscience since April 2024. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Parexel, such as Director of Procurement Operations and Associate Director of Global Clinical Procurement. Ericka has also been involved with the Zionsville Community Development Corporation as a board member, contributing to strategic projects for community development, and chaired the Boone County Democratic Party from March 2021 to May 2023. Previous positions at Syneos Health encompassed roles in vendor management and project management, as well as work at Eli Lilly focused on financial analysis for global oncology clinical trials. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ball State University.
