Esteban Memole

Esteban Memole currently serves as the Plant Operations Manager at Corteva Agriscience since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing budget administration and preparing succession plans aligned with business strategic direction. Prior to this, Esteban held the position of Plant Assistant Manager at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc from 2012 to the present and worked as the SUPERVISOR DE CENTRAL TERMICA at Industrias Juan F. Secco SA from March 2010 to April 2012, overseeing human resources, materials management, and customer relations while coordinating preventive maintenance of rotating equipment to ensure 99% effectiveness. Esteban also gained initial experience through an internship at RANDON S.A. from October 2009 to March 2010. Esteban holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, earned between 2003 and 2009.
