Jaime Sanchez

Jaime Sanchez is a seasoned professional in agronomy and research management, currently serving as the CRSP Northern Operations Lead at Corteva Agriscience. They have extensive experience, having previously worked as the Head of the Agronomy Department at the Nestle R&D Center in Quito, where Jaime managed cocoa and coffee farms and conducted numerous experiments on crop production and quality. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture, focusing on sustainable crop systems in Colombia. Jaime holds a PhD in Soil and Water Science from the University of Florida and has contributed significantly to the field through leadership roles, including serving as Past President of the Puerto Rico Seed Research Association.
