John Herbert is currently a Principal Investigator at Corteva Agriscience, where they focus on innovative research in agriculture. They previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Entomologist at the University of Georgia-Tifton Campus, investigating ecologically based pest management methods and conducting insecticide trials. John also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, conducting research on landscape ecology and pest interactions. Their early experience includes positions as a Temporary Assistant Professor at Georgia Southern University and as a Graduate Research Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. They hold a Ph.D. in Entomology from the University of Florida and both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Ohio State University.
