Jonathan Socha is a Global Process Automation Leader at Corteva Agriscience, where they oversee process automation initiatives, including DCS migrations and competency development. They began their career as a Process Control Engineer at Central Soya and later served as Business Process Control Leader at DuPont, where they contributed to strategic automation efforts across multiple business units. With significant experience in safety, security, and process optimization, Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
