Joy Bolar is a Senior Research Manager at Corteva Agriscience, where they have been leading research initiatives since 2023. Previously, Joy held the role of Technology Leader at both Pioneer and Corteva Agriscience from 2008 to 2023. Prior to that, Joy was a Senior Research Scientist and Project Leader at Sanford Scientific Inc., contributing to innovative agricultural technologies from 1999 to 2008. Joy is currently pursuing a PhD in Biotechnology, Plant Pathology, and Horticulture at Cornell University, along with a Master of Science in Genome Engineering, and began their academic journey with a B.Sc. in Horticultural Science from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore.
