They have previously held significant roles at Sumitomo Corporation, Monsanto, Cargill, and Syngenta, where they developed expertise in agribusiness and product development. Lanh graduated from INSEAD with a focus on Marketing and Sales Excellence and holds a Master in Business Management & Marketing from Solvay Brussels School, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Agronomy.
