Leo H.

Leo H. is an experienced Technology Manager, currently serving as the Process Science and Technology China Leader and Site Leader for the Corteva Shanghai Technology Center. With a strong background in multinational chemicals companies, Leo has honed skills in route selection, scale-up and pilot processes, commercialization of new pipeline molecules, process optimization, and technology transfer. Leo previously held significant roles at DuPont, Corteva Agriscience, and DowDuPont, contributing to advancements in technology and process management within the agricultural division. Currently, Leo is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Peking University and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Yale University.
