Libby Pamperin, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is a strategic global talent and organizational effectiveness leader currently serving as a Global HR Partner at Corteva Agriscience. They have over six years of experience in the HR field, having held various roles including HR Manager at Bastian Solutions and Director of People and Organization at Asphalt Materials, Inc. Libby holds dual master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Change Management and Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana.
